It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Lakeside Homes, Gander, Joseph Clarence Spencer age 92 years of Carmanville. Resting at The Salvation Army Citadel, Carmanville from where his funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 2 P.M. Interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Carmanville South. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to The Spencer Family.
