It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stella Park announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, July 2nd, 2000 at the age of 68 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Ida (husband Rex), Nona, Brada (husband Woodrow), Madonna (husband Dean), Anita (husband Stewart), Alex (wife Diane), Christine (husband Randy), Lynn (husband Gilbert) and Dion (wife Lana). 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Her mother Dulcie and sister Elvie, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband John Richard Park, and her father William Park. Visitation will take place from The Anglican Church, McIver's beginning on Monday afternoon from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 5th at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Rev. Randy Lockyer. Interment to follow at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers will graciously be accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Corner Brook.
